Caio is an attorney at Ricci Intellectual Property and has over 15 years of experience in strategic litigation focused on Intellectual Property. He advises clients on complex court disputes involving trademarks, patents, unfair competition and the protection of intangible assets, acting in preliminary injunctions and other urgent relief measures, strategic appeals and oral arguments before the State Courts, the Federal Courts and the Brazilian Superior Courts. He has a distinguished record in corporate investigations and criminal offenses against industrial property.
