Daniel is a Partner at the firm with more than 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property and has been with the firm since 2014. He has been recognized and ranked for his IP practice by leading national and international directories, including Leaders League, Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers, WTR 1000, and Análise Advocacia. He heads the firm’s Advisory and International departments and also practices in litigation. Daniel is a former President and Ex officio Council Member of ASPI (Associação Paulista da Propriedade Intelectual); a Council Member and former Director of Studies at ABAPI (Associação Brasileira dos Agentes da Propriedade Industrial); a standing member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association); and a panelist (specialist) with ABPI’s Domain Name Dispute Resolution Chamber (CASD-ND). He serves on INTA’s Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee, and acts as a court-appointed expert and technical consultant in Intellectual Property cases. Daniel is also a frequent speaker, visiting lecturer, and the author of several articles published in specialized journals such as Revista de Direito Mercantil, Revista da ABPI, Revista de Processo, and Revista de Direito Empresarial.

Law degree from FMU University; Post-Graduated in Civil Procedure Law at Superior School of Advocacy of Brazilian Bar Association OAB/SP; LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from University of São Paulo.
