He is current Vice-Presidente and former Director of Courses of ASPI (São Paulo Intellectual Property Association). Member of the Council and former Director of Studies and Assistant Attorney ABAPI (Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents); Co-coordinator of the Competition Law committee of the ABPI (Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property); Specialist of the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Chamber at ABPI; Member of International Amicus Committee at International Trademark Association (INTA); Co-author of book entitle “Chapters of Civil Procedure in Intellectual Property”, Rio de Janeiro: Lumen Juris, 2009; Author of the book entitle “Tradename Protection in Brazil”, São Paulo: Saraiva, 2013; Guest professor, speaker, and author of several articles on business law, civil procedure and intellectual property.
Law degree from FMU University; Post-Graduated in Civil Procedure Law at Superior School of Advocacy of Brazilian Bar Association OAB/SP; LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from University of São Paulo.
